APARTMENT OVERVIEW

7 studios each sleeps a maximum of 2 people and each comes with one bathroom. There are also three premium studios with private bathrooms which can sleep up to 4 people, due to a pull-out sofa-bed located in the living area. The studios are spacious and designed to offer a warm and relaxing ambience with plenty of light. The living area in each studio is clean and simplistic, consisting of a large room with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchens feature an oven and microwave, along with all the necessary cutlery and utensils. There are also 2 washing machines and dryers available to use. Please note, these properties are not wheelchair accessible. On-site parking is unfortunately not available.

Cambridge is one of the most beautiful cities in the UK and is famed for its number of local theatres, museums, and historic churches and cathedrals. The studios are a 2-minute walk from the Grafton Centre, home to many department stores, a Waitrose supermarket and a Co-operative Bank. Located alongside the River Cam, the Midsummer Common recreation park is just around the corner and offers plenty of space for enjoying the refreshing Cambridge air.
